REFUGE IS MADE UP OF THE MS + HS STUDENTS OF MID-WAY BAPTIST CHURCH. WE ARE NAMED "REFUGE" BECAUSE WE WANT STUDENTS TO COME AND BE THEMSELVES,
TO FEEL WELCOMED + BE A PART OF SOMETHING LIFE-CHANGING!

REFUGE SERVICE
WEDNESDAYS | 7:00pm
The Refuge Service is a gathering for MS + HS students to worship Jesus, dive into his word and have a ton of fun! We believe that students have an amazing opportunity to be a light on their campus and in their community. Our prayer is that every student who comes to Refuge would take a step deeper in their faith journey and be empowered to share Jesus to the world.
REFUGE GROUPS
SUNDAYS | 9:45am
In Refuge, we strive to awaken a love for Jesus in the hearts of students so they will know Him, follow Him, love the Scripture, and be launched into the world. One of the ways we do that is through our Refuge classes. Students are placed into classes based on their grade. Each class is led by amazing leaders who are heavily invested here at Mid-Way Baptist Church. These classes are so much more than a small group...these groups become family!
OUR TEAM
We have an amazing team, including interns, that serve with Hugo & Jordan to create the events/services for Refuge, as well as connect with the students.
We love the opportunity we have to walk alongside students during their journey through Middle + High School as a part of Mid-Way! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all and please come say hi sometime on a Wednesday or Sunday.
